Automated missionaries and executives

My missionaries and executives are set on automatic somehow. They get produced and just go off on their own without asking me. Being a micromanager at heart (I don't give my workers any authority, much less these dudes), it really pisses me off. I have to look for them after they've already gone off and wasted a turn. Or else if they don't think they have anywhere to go, they'll just go to sleep and I might miss them. I've even had missionaries hop a flight somewhere when I had other plans for that airport.

This needs to stop, but I can't find the option.

The Options has a button you click that allows them to automate or not, Should be the first page if I remember correctly?
