Sheesh, all you have to do is press B and Spacebar once per stack per turn, it's not that time consuming =P

If you bombard 15 cities a turn it is time consuming.

Yeah, why not?
It would be a nice feature to have.
If you like to have pleasure bombarding enemy cities yourself, just don't use the the feature. Otherwise for others, let AI do it and save some time.
