Could someone help me with the following?

1. Make this 80x80 and make it transparent? (Only the hand showing)

2. Take the Red Star, put it on the symbol, and make it transparent? 980x80 too)

Uhm, you obviously had a transparent version of the hand, so why don't you give us that? And the star and weird black thing are already transparent.

I don't have it - I simply found the hand as the avatar of someone on a website.

And the star and weird black thing are already transparent.

When I put them together, they lose their transparency.

That's because only PNG and GIF support transparency. And Paint ain't gonna do it niether.

This is my avatar:

I want people to come up with different designs based off this before the 1st of March. I will then judge these and use the one I decide as the best.

Everyone can enter as many different images as they like, but all MUST be suitable usable as an avatar, don't just post random pictures.

I am fully some will use this as an opportunity to mock, I welcome this,to them; do your worst!
