[AA-battery]

strange...can you see my current avatar? if not then most likely your browser can't disply .png format for some strange reason... I'll convert it to a .gif in a moment though it will likely lose some colour data

EDIT: Hold on a sec. Something is wrong. For some strange reason I can't upload a custom avatar. I'm going to reboot.

DOUBLE EDIT: I'm getting more errors. I first unsuccesfully tried to access CFC. I tried again and attempted to fix my avatar but when I clicked it and tried to upload the page had errors and my avatar was gone. Now I have no avatar for some strange reason. Still trying to find out the problem.

Wierd! I don't see the previous avatar either, and I can view ALL other png's just fine Maybe it's just us AA

Strange! Maybe it has something to do with the upload system (though I can see it fine )

Yes really strange, at home I can see it and at work i cant, both have XP, same windows updates and I used IE. Maybe the format of the file is diffrent somehow and some computers cant read dont having photoshop or something would it be?

Nope I can't see that one either. I, like ybbor, can see your current avatar but not the one you posted. Really wierd how this has been the only png file EVER that I can not view! I, too, have XP with updates using IE, and have Photoshop CS. I'm thinking the graphic doesn't like us Maybe the reason you can view it is because it is already on your computer????

Well, assuming CH doesn't use IE, then I'd say it's an incompatibility with IE, since I use Firefox, CFC has never worked on IE for many many months now.
Don't know why it be just this one image though

I think AA had troubles uploading an av on the last page, maybe try using firefox when uploading your av? it seems CFC is developping an allergy to IE

So using firefox right now would still allow you to upload an avatar?

it's doubtful but can't hurt to try I was simply speculating that since AA-battery and you both use IE (and both can't see that accursed PNG) then both problems may be connected to IE, hence the reccomendation of using a different browser

Actually I was asking you to try since you seem to have a different browser installed whilst I would have to install a different browser just to try... Plus it hasn't worked for a couple of other people...

I was afraid to since I figured I'd be reset to no avatar However, I tried just now and I couldn't upload a new av so it's not browser related. It didn't reset me though so that's good!

Yeah I know it just reverts to the last uploaded custom avatar unless you reset it in the hope that having no previous avatar would fix it...
