Could someone please take the head of Eddy from this picture and make it into an avatar please?

Possibly a bit of the flame as well and it will probably need some tweaking (contrast, brightness).

NOTE: If the changes to the image could be done to the whole thing and posted that would be great for my desktop (i'm using it now but it's a bit drab looking).

Also, what's the best way to change it to 1024x768 whilst losing as little quality as possibe?

these variations involved playing with sharepning, smart blurring, and adding red (to increase contrast). i also increased the yellow on the flame.

I just noticed CivRules has a 100x100 avatar.

Is this now 'legal' for eveyone or is it just for mods or is he simoply an exception?

BtW, how can I make a different backgrount for my elephant avatar, so the elepant stays but the background is different?

to do it yourself, just hit the bucket of paint and click on the white spaces. For other stuff like gradiants, hat program do you have.

or you could just ask us

well, couldn't work on it too long....have to get back to the whole moving thing but.... 1st is the JPG of your background (under the limits ) the second was a 30 secong background change
