Just as soon as I can spend more than 15 minutes at my computer (still in the process of moving  ) I will update LAHP as soon as I possibly can. I'm falling WAY behind  But I promise as soon as I can get it updated I will!

Thanks Lyoness

Does anyone remember an old avatar of mine, consisting of the King/Queen's colours overlaid with the British Army emblem? It is probably attached to a post somewhere...

This dodgy laptop which I am still using overheats easily so I cannot do much graphics work on it, so my newest avatar needs your help

Attached is a 64x64 PNG (6.6Kb) and I would like it to be centred and overlay King/Queen's colours which looks vaguely like a Union Jack but is square so does not distort when shrunk to 70x70 pixels.

I wonder if a shadow effect would improve the combination. Please post the solution as a PNG because the end result looks smoother to me.

I thank you for reading this and am well aware of how boring my request is (leaving almost no freedom to the artist) but I hope someone will reply.

Thanks!

In the mean time, if someone could convert posted image into another PNG with smaller pallet to fall within CFC size restrictions, I would be grateful ;)

Thank you! :)

This is the avatar referred to in above post. I made both of these images, and would like something similar achieved, but with the happy chatty icon :)

I'm planning on making a few Homeworld 2 Avatars, but before I start I need to find a program that can produce Targa 32-bit (*.tga) images.
(Need to use TGA format to create custom emblems for ships)

Can anyone help me out?

Delightful!

I think it could be tweaked (I am a horrible perfectionist) but it is lovely and matches my description. Thank you very much

In PSP9's help file it lists tga as a supported type (for read and write)
However, I have found that PSP doesn't like layered tga images, while it will open the image, the layers are not preserved. I have heard Corel Draw does support these layers so that may be your best bet if you're dealing with layered files.
