Awesome! My first medal!

I was perusing the GOTM Results, and I just noticed that I was awarded my VERY FIRST medal It is the Aqua-colored Shield for having the Lowest Scoring Spaceship Victory in the GOTM37. Hey - a medal is a medal in my book. At least I have gained distinction in some category after all of these G/COTM's. I shall attack the next G/COTM with renewed vigor!

If you're going for any more, keep in mind you've got some competition(me). I'm going for a full set of shield awards, so far I've got 100k and Space, and probably another this month(39).

Yikes! I'm currently playing the COTM09 (Vikings), and, from the way things are going, I'm destined for some sort of Low Scoring Shield (Loss or Victory).

Hehe, right now I'm still playing GOTM39 and I'm doing pretty good for playing on Monarch level. Granted, I'm still pretty sure I'm going to lose and you know how hard it is to finish a game like that? Especially when COTM9 is out? Oh well, back to the game. Who knows, I may yet win.
