Basically it's like this:
If you are talking about a non civ game post in the forum that is dedicated to that game, if there is non go to "all other games"
If you are talking about a Civ2 scenario go to "Civ2 - scenario creation"
If you are talking about a Civ3 scenario.. well, then you are ahead of time

You should make them all in one instead of separate fronts. And I think an even cooler one would be starting out in 1900 - so you could replay the 20th century. Germany, Japan, Russia, France, Britain, and the USA could vie for world supremacy. It would be important to make it as historically accurate as possible, though. Long live worldwide revolution!

Go to "play gear" to download mots mapview which allows easy play of PBEM (unless you on the university computers like I am now!).
But: as for A&A scenarios of civ2 we already got it by Captain Nemo & Alex Mor...the problem is that it didn't recreate A&A as the mechanics of civ2/3 are/will be FAR different from A&A so lets just recreate WW2...which I for one will be doing probably AFTER I do the "American Civil War" scenario for civ3...with leaders like Robert E.Lee and Grant the civ3 great leaders will be perfect.
I only need a ****e leader feature for generals like Burnside and Hooker (but not little Mac, kitten? well, him too!)
