C3C fixed the AP tech rate, so AP games are very playable already.

I'll see if I can find the time to update the mod for C3C.

Well, I'm happy to stick with the "official" AP if it's reasonably playable. Can you, or someone, post a detailed list of exactly what changes under AP in C3C? (Or is it included in the game somewhere?)

After some testing it looks like I was wrong about the tech rate.

I uploaded a C3C version of the mod to the first post of the thread.
