To use these flags your white flag setting must be: <bWhiteFlag>1</bWhiteFlag>
This can be found: (your mod)/assets/xml/art/CIV4ArtDefines_Civilization.xml
Using the CIV4DetailManager.xml included with the zip file will make the flags slightly bigger. Nothing else will change. Thankyou to Bad Ronald for making this .
