Barbarians after version 1.21

I always played (under earlier versions) with sedentary Barbs (I have enough trouble with the "civilized" tribes...!) and never saw any wandering about - it effectively switched them off.

So what's the difference between "No Barbs" and "Sedentary Barbs"...?

I'm guessing Sendentary means, they will only be found inside goody huts. Roaming is where there will be barbarian camps. I do know that No Barbarians means they won't be anywhere. Setting them to none also means no goody huts.
