Hi, I am playing a game where I selected NO BARBARIANS and it is in the 1600's, I did not see a single barbarian up until then and now I have 4 anti tank gun barbs and paratroopers. Can someone please tell me WTH is going on.

If your happiness is >20 (I think, may be wrong) then you will end up spawning rebels which are red units. You might need to fix your unhappiness to stop them from spawning.
