How about a mod to be able to play the 8 new civilizations with the base game. I loved the base game with various mods installed. I cannot stand the new loyalty addition in Rise and Fall. The AI loses cities within 20/25 turns. That makes the game unplayable.

Just change the rules in the advanced settings to play the regular game and not the expansion. You should still be able to play the new civs with those rules I think. Might not be too fair or fun since many of the civs have unique abilities making use of the new features.
