Gain 2 citizen and quarter of trade route's gold for every trade route passing your city, doubled if your city is the target or sender (the citizen disappeared if the trade route is gone). All caravan (minus the one you are at war with) is unraidable in your territory
UI - Tuareg Encampment
Unbuildable, one is spawned in random, unimproved tiles when the city is founded. Spawned when the city's population grow to certain level (the limit grow geometrically [e.g: 2, 4, 8, 16, ...]). Move every 20 turn to unimproved tile nearby (if exist), grant culture when doing so. Improve the tile where it exist. Grant +3 gold per caravan targeting your city
