The end did not come quickly, but it came inexorably.
By 1804 Cleopatra was pushed back and isolated in her capital on her home island, with no casualties, and was locked behind the mountains on the Japanese island.
Paratroopers held the high ground and were followed by armor and mechanized infantry. All cities were liberated with an armor parade throught the streets, following aerial bombardment with no battles at the gates. Mopping up stray infantry units in the badlands of America did cause a few losses.
By taking and razing towns with armor and then advancing the infantry the slower troops could use the rail network opened up as the borders shrank.
The situation just prior to the demise of Egypt in 1806:
By 1808 Egypt was a distant memory and the final war began against the Iroquois.
The Iroquois front in 1808:
The four boatloads of Marines are not visible in the picture, but they are lurking in coastal waters just off Hastings awaiting the "go" order.
Tactics for the Iroquois homeland assault followed the "Combined Arms Manual" as written here and elsewhere by scoutsout et al. Paratroop and helicopter TOW landings to isolate the first tier of towns, aerial bombardment to eliminate the defenders, followed by an armor parade through the streets, or in the case of the towns on the western coast, marines strolling the streets of the ville.
The Iroquois in 1810:
And in 1812:
The victory celebration was held in 1816 after Scout's Ancient Cavalry army paraded the streets of Canterbury and all the Modern Armor regiments eliminated a liittle ville spawned in the very far south of the continent. (Unfortunately our last legion was lost in a premature attack on Pi-Ramses at the end of the Egyptian war).
