Best BALANCED Scenario

Could you please give your opinions on the most balanced 2 player scenario released with CIV II MGE?

I strive to make completely balanced multiplayer games for up to three players. No multiple events or other confusing stuff. I can't help but recommend three of my own scenarios available from the Civfan downloads section.

Star Trek - Battle for the Alpha Quadrant

Zweiter Welt Krieg (World War II)

Star Wars - Insurrection

Apologies if it seems I am selling my own scenarios but to be honest, most scenarios made by people are designed for single player.
