Best defense against bombers and stealth bombers ?

Hello,

Which defence is best against bombers and stealth bombers ? (and other planes)

Some anti-air I know off:

Flag
Sam
Fighter
Jet Fighter

Is Flag better than Sam ?

What about combinations ?

(I played such a game once and I noticed sam sucked pretty bad, but jetfighters were pretty good, I haven't tried flag that much... )

Bombers: build airfields in your territory and set fighters on air superiority there. Flaks should guard the city center tile.

I can only speak from my games, but I am not seeing fighter/jets as being real great. None of the AA is reliable. I prefer to rely on flak/mobile sams.

Put 4 in any town or stack that is taking hits. If one is lost or so many come that you may lost one or more, then add more as replacements.

The thing is that only 4 will be used for the calculations, so having more does nothing. I will only build Sam sites in key cities that are being attacked.

Of course stealth fighters cannot be use on air superiority.
