Best mod to play scenarios on?

Can anyone tell me what i should use to play scenarios?

Base Fall from heaven/the More Naval AI mod.
This is because MNAI applies as a direct patch, rather then a seperate mod, meaning you don't need to access the XML files to loads on a different mod.

You might also want to give the Magister modmod a try. It tweaks a few things here and there to make some of the events a bit more lore-appropriate.
