Best Pokemon VBA mods?

What are the best Pokemon mods out now for the Visual Boy Advance? I recently played FireRed Omega which provided me with real challenge trying to finish it (which I still haven't).

Are there other cool mods out there? Whole conversions, or just little tweaking...
