What is the best % you have received in Civ II, the best I've done is 73% in 2015 (or something like that) as the Aztec on Prince.

If you want to see some really high scores, go look at the Hall of Fame . There is also the latest Game of the Month that shows how people did compared to each other while everyone was playing the same game.
And there might even be a few more in the
Stories and Tales forum .
My personal best is the one from the Game of the Month (GOTM) basically because I never played a game to try and cover the map and get a high score. I tend to be an isolationist and just get to the spaceship as quick as I can.
I don't think that will be my style of play anymore now that I know what kind of scores are out there.
And there might even be a few more in the
