Is there any difference between beta version and the one that posted without 'beta' in the title? Or it is actually the same?

I'm actually talking about this version->
New Version - July 17th (7-17)
Which is the latest version without beta in it.

Is it a stable patch? Or it is actually the same as other beta version. Because if it is a stable patch i think this is a long time ago.

How do i know which latest version is stable i.e. no bugs/known issue in them?

There were a lot of changes to diplomacy AI and religion this patch. I wonder if the next one shouldn’t be the next stable version?

just seems like the inquisitor rework is such a departure from previous versions, I think massaging that system makes sense.

A stable version is one where the previous versions had no hard issues, and it features just small tweaks.

A beta is not so rock stable, but it is always an improvement from previous mechanics. Betas are playable and mostly stable, though you can see rarely a game breaking change.
Experimental releases contains potentially game breaking changes are only intended for developers.

Our advice is to play the latest beta unless you want to introduce the game to someone reticent of trying new games or for multi-player.

Just out of interest how many stable versions have their been if the last one was 17 July 19. Were there many before that. I think I remember the project went on for ages until the first stable version.

Ideally, the next version will be a full/stable version. I don't plan on submitting any more major changes for a little while. :)

Euuh... Can't say for certain. Three? Developers are pretty active around here. Testers too. Sometimes things slow down a little bit, but other times it's quite explosive. And it's all the same old Civy.

I have a question: does this patch making civ v to use more than 4gb ram?? I know there is patch that making such a thing but only for MAC users, sadly, Im looking forward for somebody to create 64 bit patch for Civ V, it will be very great and I will start modding if such a patch will be released, cheers ;)

Nope, not possible. But feel free to ***** (politely) at Firaxis about releasing it!
