hmmm, from your other post, you used wordpad to edit civ3mod.bic? You're not suppose...file corruption (loose train of thought)...I hope you backed up the file, if not...uhhh, reinstall civ3 unless you can convince someone to attach the file...wonder if anyone has done so...anyway, you should use civ3edit (comes with the game (shameless plug :

Also, if you haven't gotten the v1.17f patch yet, do so as installing that should (put will) replace your civ3mod.bic file. Don't use the plugged editor listed above unless you have v1.17f.
