Bind mouse buttons?

Is there any way to bind mouse buttons? I'm tired of kicking back in my chair and having to reach for the 'b' key, it's almost like excercise.

Yeah, but I don't know what game you're playing, but Civ 5 has no options menu to change key/mouse bindings...

click on the icon in the game, you dont need the keyboard really to play.

I know but I'm trying to save wear and tear on my right arm, feels like I'm getting carpal tunnel syndrome. Binding ranged attack to a mouse button would be ideal, not sure why the Civ 5 devs didn't put that in.

How often do you need to hit 'b' for a ranged attack?
I can only think of two instances where it's needed: having a ship bombard an embarked unit (rather than running it over), or bombarding a civilian unit.

Do you just have a basic mouse or one advanced enough to have it's own keybindings. If the latter try setting up a mouse button profile for Civ V.

Wow, I can't believe I've never just right clicked on on an enemy for ranged attack, thanks for the tip!

Civ V has no options to bind keys.
