Look at the picture; isn't this a bit too much time to build a cottage?!

The issue has been around since Vanilla. The unit that is selected is the Axeman-and there has been a bug that sometimes non-workers will show worker actions with a very high number of turns to complete. Just click onto another unit and then click on the Axeman. The Axeman will have it's normal orders shown. It is a display fault.
