Blacklisting Civs

Are there any mods that allow you to blacklist certain civs whenever you create a game. If I play a number of games and Civ X appears in them all, I can get annoyed or bored. I know I can choose which civs I play against, but is there anyway to blacklist certain civs at game creations stage?
