See the pic. The game thinks those 2 tiles pointed out in the screenshot are mountain tiles but they are drawn as plains/grassland. This bug may be related to Mt. Kailash as I have seen this bug in a previous game also and my memory is vague but I think the tiles were next to Mt. Kailash in that game as well.
