same thing happens to me. Must also say that the same thing happened to me with gods and kings release aswell, but the solution for the problem in gods and kings is not working here (which was to change MaxSimultaneousThreads from 8 to 4 and change EnableGameCoreThreading from 1 to 0 in config file)

I tried changing MaxSimultaneousThreads from 4 to 2 and that actually worked. You may try that out (and probably EnableGameCoreThreading down to 0 aswell, havent't tried this at 1 with MaxSimultaneousThreads at 2).
