BNW Germany bugs? (No Mods or DLC)

Hi -

Playing standard BNW from Steam, no mods or DLC. Current version as of early May 2014. Running Windows-7 64-bit with integrated graphics, game played on the strategy map (since my computer can't support full graphics mode). First noticed this bug in a game on the slowest time-control (Epic?).

When Germany captures a Barbarian camp and the Barbarians join them, they don't get the usual camp-capture gold; only the "bonus" gold from their SA. Also, if the new unit is a Horseman, they seem to come with their own horses, since the number of available horse resources is not updated to reflect the additional Horseman unit.
 
Update: Also noticed - the Supply requirements seem to be calculated incorrectly for Germans with captured Barbarian Horsemen. That is... the Military screen shows my supply status in the negative numbers (too many troops), but the red-exclam notification does not come on (and I don't lose any Production) until I exceed my allowable supply by as many units as I have captured Barbarian Horsemen.

... it seems that they are being counted for some purposes, but not for others.
 
I'm not convinced those are bugs per se, but design choices made in the interests of making the German UA more useful. Also barb units are generally resource free, so preserving that character when the switch to German hands does make sense (perhaps until they are upgraded?).
