BNW refuses to install (fixed after restarting Steam)

I bought BNW yet it refuses to actually play. The DX is fine, I can play the game and BNW is a DLC but, I can't play the game, even after I deleated it from steam and redownloaded it. Any ideas how to help?

EDIT:Exited and restarted steam, looks like that will work!

yep, happend to me with both GaK and BNW. Restarting steam works 90% of the time, every time.
