boogaboo Large milkorama microfreaks

Great!
I still got some milking to do (buy these mass transits..), but then I'll try to formalize some graphs.

I noticed that I have been disappointed somehow from the Scientific trait and would next time take industrious.
The bonus to workers should easily be more valueable than the tech pace, or even those damn 2% extra for an SGL. Mayans it is.

I also have a dilema about courthouses - do you use them in low level milked games? I decided most of my 247 cities are too corrupt in the first place, and I'll just buy them most of the improvements anyway..

Just curious, but what government are you in?

It's my understanding that communism w/SPHQ, police stations and specialists, even the most corrupt city can produce 10spt.

I MUST have taken a wrong approach - that's why I'm asking.
I'm in democracy :( , even after railing.
I got all hospitals built at about 1760AD, and now I'm just filling in the mass transits.
I'm buying most of these, which is a waste since I COULD manage courthouses at some point rather than buying the whole bundle... or just switch to communism (which I had in mind, but was tuned to other stiff)!!

NAME CONVENTIONS FOR CITIES:cool:
My population is still growing.
Mainly for pollution, I have to know where a city is located and what is it's max food (size).

I'm calling my cities names that are in fact a concatenation of
1. continent name
2. "Mid" (only if it is not a coast city)
3. serial number of city on continent (with some visual meaning).
4. Final city size. I add this when I already organized the city and it's neighbours, have hospitals and know the city food limit.
I add a "+" if the city is "swinging in terms of odd food number.

For example, WestMid12-25+ is a city numbered 12 from where I started to expand on the west continent, and is with no harbor/ contact with sea.
It will reach size 25 and will grow and starve on 26 and back again.
It will reach a top of 51 food.
If a pollution of a 4 tile occurs and the city has 47, only then is the tile "her's". :)

I've just renamed most of my 247 cities that had no food cap organized and rearranged the tiles.. that was a looong turn. This was a few turns after hospitals were finally through.

whwhhehhheeee

What do you think of Fascism after Republic???
100% workers bonus is something that could be exploited, with no support or corruption issues, it seems a great government before communism.

What is the affect of Deportation and Xenophobia ??

(and still, do you use courts in milked games?)

I'm only an amateur milker, but here's my €0.02...
Whatever government I switch to out of despotism, I stay there 'til the end. Maybe if I try the Celts I'd consider changing to democracy if there's much terrain changes left to do but I can't envisage using a government with no cash-rushing, regardless of worker speed.
I build courthouses in all core cities (bar capital :crazyeye: ), but the corruption zone gets only market, aquaduct and harbour if required, hospital, mass transit. :)

Update:
1850AD - finished mass transits, still polluted
1900AD - where I am now.

WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE FOLLOWING>> PLZZZ :
1. Fascism then communism in milking?
2. Courthouses??

I have just farted this:

Score: 6132
Date: 2050AD
Condition: Histographic Victory
Civilization: Sumeria
Version: C3C 1.22

I'm tired of pollutions :(
Must make graphs and play Aztec a bit ;)

About courthouses: In milked games I usually build them in all cities which have some corruption but are not totally corrupt. I figure that these courthouses increase income and let me rush improvements in the corrupt cities a bit sooner.

Thanks, SirPleb!
I was just thinking the same after haveing 247 cities for the first time..
- But I always seem to need feedback from other fanatics.
- Are you talking to me?
- Yes.
- And you are?
- You.
- So don't interrupt me.
- arghhhhh.

And what do you think of fascism..? (in the game, that is :crazyeye: )

I think the penalty (loss of citizens) when switching to it is so high that it is unlikely to ever be worthwhile. I've never used it except in brief experiments. I'm not sure it would be worthwhile without that penalty - even the time lost in anarchy might be more expense than it would be worth...
