Borderless Fullscreen on Win 10

Hello I'd like to report a repeatable succesfull borderless fullscreen method I've been using with caveman2cosmos;

- configure CivilizationIV.ini to use windowed mode, at the fixed native monitor resolution, also enable windowed edge scrolling

FullScreen = 0
ScreenHeight = 1080
ScreenWidth = 1920
MouseScrolling = 1

- Install Borderless Gaming (free software its on github)
- Start Borderless Gaming app, configure the WIN + F6 hotkey in it (checkbox in the pulldown menu)
- Start civ4
- With the civ4 window focussed, press WIN + F6
- Alt tab to go to your other windows apps, or WIN+ F6 in civ4 again to leave the modus
