so, you can launch the game, but you can not run the updater?
right-click the civ4bts319.app and choose Show Package Content.
double-click the wineskin.app you find. you will see:
to run the updater, click on Install Software, then go to your downloads folder and run this file.

I haven't tried to launch the game, but it installed correctly. I checked the (full) path & all the files are there (drive_c/Program Files/2K Games/Firaxis Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 4 Complete/).
The updater is in the downloads folders, but after clicking on Install Software and choosing the correct file (Civ4BeyondtheSwordPatch3.19.exe) i get the infamous "Oops!…"
