A first gold medal for Termitnik this month, with a fairly comfortable win.
In second, Jeffa grabbed the fastest domination, and just edged out Jovan Kukic on points.

Congratulations to Obormot for another gauntlet win, and to jesusin for actually pressing him hard. :goodjob:

Not even the Master of War could hold off the attack of an ambitious Contender! It is heart-breaking in a way, frankly.

I agree. The Challenger handicap was way too severe IMO. Nothing bad on DS who does a great job, but... :undecide:

And congrats to Gosha for a great contender date. :goodjob:

Thanks to the staff, the starting position and the starting neighbour were both a nice challenge.

I am glad I am (at last!) starting to learn how to win a war in BTS.

Congratulations Gosha190, congratulations Obormot!

ainwood, how about using another color on the religious shield, instead of purple? Perhaps orange?...

Impressive games! Congrats to all participants! Especially to jesusin, hwo is close to beat Obormot at Obormot's field! :goodjob:

Thanx to stuff, surely!

Bad, bad Erkon! :p

Hooray, Russia and Ukraine! Termitnik, Jeffa, Gosha, Obormot - excellent results!

Oh you are so dramatic.

Gosha's time is indeed superb and Obormot was not exactly that far behind even with a road block thrown in his way.

Congrats to medal winners and the Gauntlet players :goodjob:. Good job to all who submitted a game even if with a loss.

Plus, it gave the idea to the contender saves that there'd be a nearby rushable neighbour. Although, it's not like I'm good enough for Challenger anyway, so I'll just get back in my hole. :)

I don't agree. Usually, the challenger handicap is rather boring, but this time it was a real challenge - one that could be overcome, however, in several ways even. Also, and perhaps more importantly, it must be said that Gosha190 played an excellent game. :)

ainwood, how about using another color on the religious shield, instead of purple? Perhaps orange?...

That's my fault. I changed the colour on every reference ... except the template that ainwood uses for results posts

Congrats to all of the winners!:goodjob:

Much thanks to the staff for their continued efforts!:D

Congratulations to all of the medal and award (and other hardware) winners. :goodjob:

Thanks as always to the staff :thanx:

These results always prove how far I still have to go ... Between short time (damn RL), poor play and higher difficulties, I have only managed to win 2 of the six XOTM offerings (with posted results) of 2008

One comment on the global ranking graph ... Looks like we don't have room to keep the column abbreviations of C4 xx, WL xx and BS xx with the triple groupings of WOTM. So why not just Gxx Wxx and Bxx? It will save space and is equally unambiguous.
