Boundary Stones
Painted rocks marking the territory borders. Naturally these fit better into the ancient and medieval eras, but also work fine with the industrial and modern ages. And they don't even look too odd on water terrains
Made to fit with Sn00py's, Rhye's and the original terrain set, but will probably fit with others as well.
Goes to \Civilization III\Art\Terrain or, if playing a scenario using its own territory.pcx, to the corresponding \Art\Terrain subdirectory.
