I am on tutorial turn 72 and placed a settlement at a suggested location but pretty sure I messed up. I was seeking access to the sea. I assumed (but cannot find info to corroborate my assumption that rivers that are observably twice as wide as others are navigable but now think that could be only as inland water ways that do not have not deep (ocean) water access or an outlet thereto. So, in the screen dump below, Wak Kab'nal vessels only have access to the lake and the 2 hexes to the northeast and no navigation along rivers that might lead to the sea in unexplored territory, correct?
