I'm not sure what you are asking, I'd go with Mary Bradly and tea with the Tsar. By the time nukes were around the Tsars were overthrown and the royal family dead.

The song mentions a "nuclear fall out zone". However, the first atomic bomb ever used was on Japan (Hiroshima and Nagasaki) effectively bringing the pacific theater to a close. By that time, the European theater had-- for the most part--ended, thus it is chronogically inncorrect for this song to mention British soldiers marching in the snow for "Mr. Churchill".

My other theory is that the song is confusing WW1 with WW2, when you consider the mentioning of "cavalry" and "Czsar" in the song.

V-E day is May 8, 1945. The bombs fell on Hiroshima and Nagasaki on August 6 and 9, respectively.

Well V-E day is May 9th. On May 8th the only noticible events are the fall of Breslau and the surrendering of Rhodos.
