I am building a brand new template from scratch. I haven't utilised it yet, but I have ensured that it works in IE and NS. The only thing I can't get to work properly, is the scrolling marquee at the top.

I have left some design notes on the template, to explain some stuff. If you have 2 cents to throw in, then I would appreciate all comments.

Here it is!!!

This name and template will eventually replace the current name and template, for my site. I have already registered the name. I am just waiting for the DNS to filter through.

Sloooooooooow...

I like the banner on your site

I think selling banner space on teh bottom of the page that is going to be expanded with content will be difficult. At the bottom of a very long page, a small button ad is near to useless.........

I think the color is original, but it's not real pleasing to my eye. It's too hot. It agitates me........

okies,

Thanks drake.

I guess it is quite an original color scheme lol. Ah well, I guess I will just have to wait and see how it goes. If worse comes to worse, I am pretty sure that if I invertall the colors, the gifs will go blue. Yellow goes blue when you invert it, so maybe that will be more pleasing to the eye.

About the loooong, page. I only used that for an example. The bottom of "any" page is pretty useless at the best of times, so I just thought I would add some 31x88 button ads in there for good measure.

...but as a genaral rule, I don't like to make my page longer than one and a half screen heights, 2 MAX. So, it will never be that far down.

Eli,

I was just wondering. What type of connection do you have?

I have to agree with the other observations about the sloooow connection. The site's look is, well, different. Depending on the target audience, a change in color scheme might be a good idea, as I personally found it mildly displeasing to the eye, FWIW.
