Peter will go to war against Bismark for philosophy. Our work the last 2 terms in building the trade relatiosn with Russia have paid off.

I think you are right, Robboo. I haven't checked the graphs recently, but Germany has more "power" than us, don't they? So if whatever they can dredge up from the south can be split between Russia and ourselves, we stand a better chance of both withstanding the initial assault, which we aren't particularly prepared for, and keeping Berlin (assuming all goes well) after the counter attack.

Just remember by giving him another tech, we should always try and keep peaceful relations with Russia. If they get too far advanced, we don't need them decalring war.

It willslow Russia down tech wise and perhaps draw off some of Bismarsk troops

It will devert enough troops from us to russia (Maybe even weaken Russia for a future war between us). to probaly pay for itself.

Robboo, you can also get him to give us his 40 gold along with the deal. So it would be 40 gold and war with Bismark for Philosophy. But make sure you post instructions that if he doesn't go for it, you trade war for Phil.

Might as well take the gold if we can.
