bridge building

could someone point me to the tech required to build bridges? or perhaps a way to search for this in game?
All my paved roads are still showing ferry docks.....

Should be Civil Engineering. Double-checked XML just in case, and it has <bBridgeBuilding>1</bBridgeBuilding>, as it should.

Thank You. It must be a graphics aberration then as I have this but bridges don't draw on rivers
