BTS 3.19...WTH error

So, I tried to update BTS from the game, and it didn't work

So I downloaded the .exe from Firaxis, and it worked the first time. Unfortunately, I had to stop it midway due to it FREEZING.

So now, whenever I run the .exe (even after re-downloading and renaming it) the computer treats it like the BTS INSTALLER. It makes me agree to terms, it asks me for a language, and doesn't mention the 3.19 patch at all!

Could someone tell me how to fix this or send me the files, because I'm really anxious to play Next Wat Advanced!

is this the cd/dvd version of the game or a digital (download) one?

Physical disc, I fixed with a reinstall.

I tell ya, if I didn't love this game; I'd stop even trying. This is my third or fourth reinstall.
