If you have no resources at all(and no floods or the like), i'll find it hard that rolo didn't regenerate your start, that said i've seen two resources so far and those are both in my capital bfc...
 
I deleted 1 scout. From what ive read here, i got a very good start! It looks like my settler landed in a clam bed! :lol:
 
I can't finish connecting when trying to join the game. It gets to 'connected to host' but no further.
 
Probably some error message from the pitboss program that causes it to hang... Host probably just have to click it. Or maybe someone exited to desktop instead of main menue and caused the connection to hang that way...
 
metacomet is the host himself... so i kinda doubt that
 
I have two rather useless ones for growth, but great for other things, but I do have two fishes, but only one is workable, no matter what I did. It is not the best map so far. Well he is the last one to play.

What does exiting to the desktop do (I've... done that)?

Not might, it does cause it to hang. Which is why you must first exit to main menu and then exit from there. It is a flaw in the program, b ut something that you get to live with and I do it by force of habit now and exit to main menu when in SP games now.

Yeah, me too.

Anyway, just confirming that I deleted my second warrior (before moving on turn 2, as soon as I saw the MOTD).

I have an interesting start, but not unreasonable.
 
Well the connection was down for the second time in the past 24 hours, this time for a different reason. Shall we go back to the most recent save?
 
If it didn't cause anyone problems it should be fine, that said you should reboot the server / pitboss(and cistats) program regurarly. They are both rather unstable and can't handle running for too long at a time...
