I like Earth maps and BTS so modified one to include BTS civs. Doubtful my selections fit everyone's preferences, but enjoying it personally so uploaded anyway in case anyone's interested. I'm a hardcore multiplayer so these selections were chosen to vaguely balance the civ spread for mp play.
The 18 civs set up are:
Holy Roman Empire (Charlemagne)
Byzantine (Justinian)
Dutch (Willem van Oranje)
Russia (Stalin)
Portugal (Joao)
Korea (Wang Kwon)
India (Ghandi)
Khmer (Suryavarman)
Mongolia (Ghengis Khan)
Sumerians (Gilgamesh)
Zulu (Shaka)
Ethiopion (Zara Yaqob)
Carthage (Hannibal)
Mayan (Pacal)
Native American (Sitting Bull)
Aztecs (Montezuma)
Inca (Huayna Capac)
American (Abraham Lincoln)
The civs are all basically in their appropriate places except the Netherlands which I have put in the south of Sweden instead. Reason is I really wanted both the Holy Roman Empire and the Netherlands but to place them on the earth map accurately puts them too close to be fun. Traditional Earth maps in multiplayer see a lot of dead players in europe quickly which is not always so much fun in practice.
Actually, Mayans are slightly off as well as it is better for balance to have 3 in North America and 2 in south rather than 4 and 1 (since central america is only accessible from the north).
I added a few map resources for the Mayans, Khmer, and Native Americans but otherwise the terrain is unchanged.
To install, simply unzip the save into your documents/saves/worldbuildersaves folder. Then start civ and choose 'custom scenario' and select the map.
Feel free to modify as desired. I expect others will do a much better job of it soon enough. This is simply something hardcore Earth fans might want to use while they wait for a pro job.
EDIT: Max turns setting was limiting Epic & Marathon Games. Fixed in the new file attached: Pretty's Earth.
