BTS install issue

[Retrograde]

I'm using Windows 7. When I try to install BTS, it says I can't because my Civ 4 isn't patched fully. When I try to patch vanilla to 1.74, it says I have 1.09 installed and the patch is incompatible with this version. This is really frustrating, and keeping me from reinstalling Civ 4. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps you need to patch your vanilla 1.09 to 1.61 before you can use the 1.74 patch. I don't know if the 1.61 patch is still available here on the forums but I suspect it still is.
