Someone requested the restoration of this broken mod link and thankfully Jarred has saved me the work! Follow his instructions below to obtain the file.
First, download 7zip here: https://www.7-zip.org/
It's more powerful compression/decompression software than Windows default software.
Link to Relive World Wars by @Allein for CivIV BTS: https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/bts-relive-world-wars.316257/
Dead AtomicGamer Link: http://www.atomicgamer.com/file.php?id=77087
Which was saved by the InternetArchive. Here's the link: https://web.archive.org/web/20141108230218/http://www.atomicgamer.com/files/77087/relive-world-wars

This tells me the mod was originally uploaded as a .rar file and it's 176.4 MB and was uploaded on 3/31/2009.
Here is the link to the AtomicGamer backups: https://archive.org/details/atomicgamer
The date 3/31/2009 needs to be reformatted to YYMMDD, this is the format for dates in the backups; 090331.
Link to the backup for that day: https://archive.org/details/AtomicGamer_090331
Select "All Files" and then "View Contents" for the 2.8G .tar file.
You are sent to this page: https://ia800401.us.archive.org/vie...ems/AtomicGamer_090331/AtomicGamer_090331.tar
At the very bottom, we see this file: "090331/UserUploaded.77087." This file ID matches the initial download link in the OP and the InternetArchive backup, so this is our file. Right-click on this file and select "Save Link As..."

Change the file name to something descriptive, and make sure you select the drop-down menu "Save as type:" and choose All Files. Save it as a .rar so you can open it later. You should now be able to navigate to that .rar file wherever you saved it (most likely in your downloads), and upzip/extract the contents and place them in your BTS mods folder.
The file is too big for me to upload here, that why there are only directions for you to find the files yourself, happy civving![]()
