[BtS] Rise of Mankind

Great mod and one of the few I've been able to play with using a combination of Civ Gold's, Esnaz's, Ionuz's, DWOLF and Strategy Only's Civs. (I like alot of different Civ combos ). Playing on a standard map with 18 civs I haven't run into a MAF as of yet, in 4 complete games. When i try a large map, I run into a MAF once in a while around 1880 and beyond, but what can one do until Firaxis fixes that sometime in the future, (will any of us be alive when that happens lol ). Thanks again for a great mod.

Change the value to -1 if you want to be able to build unlimited number of great wonders in all cities (ie. the BtS default).

It's a 'Hover' tank. I might use it to clean up enemy empires but it ain't a 'hoover'.

It's a 'Glassmith. Logically yes - it should be Glass+Smith. But English don't work like that. Glassmith is it.

Should work just fine on vista. Have you updated Beyond the Sword to version 3.13? The mod won't work correctly on previous BtS versions.

How's the tech advancement working now on v1.02? Later era tech costs were increased a lot so would like to get some feedback if I raised them too much or still too little.

Hi Zap! Nice to talk to you live. The errors only happen with the "Extra Stuff".

Sounds like patching the game didn't work properly. If you can't launch normal BtS game check for possible solutions on Civ4 BTS - Bug Reports -forum section. You're not the only one that has had problems with BtS and Vista.

Just updated to 1.0.2 with v1.0 extras and get this error on starting a new game or loading a saved game. But game seems to play O.K. when I hit the O.K. button....... (?)

Seems many files have been gone missing from file database, not just RoM related files. I was trying to load some graphic files that I want to include to RoM but got that same File not found error. Got informed that RoM patch was gone too so I uploaded it again. Will have to wait for Kalimakhus to upload his extra stuff file again. And hopefully admins fix the database soon.

But that isn't the reason for my problem (is it?) I was able to download a few days ago but after installing new patch and 'extra stuff' I get that error message (post 995) when I start the game.
