I don't realy see a point of having 1 trait with all the leaders. The entire point of leaders being to provide diferent perspectives of playing the same civs. Allong with the T-26 I see this entire project as mildly misguided.

What UU do you think I should use instead and where can I find art for it, PPQ?

Better than Agg, however, I'd suggest Org/Sec due to his federal reform, and the fact that the civics that best represent him are also pretty pricey.

Org/Sec also sounds like a good combination for Stalin. I'll think about it.

I still can't come up with a trait combination for Gorbachev.

If I may suggest, Philosophical/Secretive for Lenin. He's one of the few world leaders that actually -was- a philosopher as well.

Well esentialy the T-26 was an ill conceaved tank used in the early stages of the war when it was already obsoleate. If you want a UU I sugjest the T-34 instead or if you want to make a distinction you could go for the T-70.
The first was the tank that won WW2 and the second was the most feared tank in europe for decades. They both represent the sheer numerical might of the Red army.
