18 civs map, Quick moves enabled, 1600AD, Chinese Worker doesn't move quickly to selected destination but instead, the whole animation is played. For example from inland to board a galley.

Chinese cities build nothing after previous build is completed. No dialog box appears to request what to build next. When I select the city to go into the city screen, only the menu bar changes and the rest of the screen doesn't show the city info. This happens mostly to captured cities and usually not settled cities.

Pillaged fishing net and whaling sites by barbarians boats do not show or are not in effect in the next turn.

Not a big deal but selected destinations for units in two or more turns do not look correct even though an efficient route would take the same amount of turns.

18 civs map, Quick moves enabled, 1800AD-1930AD, Monarch Level, at intermittent times sometimes all units and sometimes a few units don't move quickly.

menu bar is actually quite cool. It's faster to select what to build than actually getting into the city screen.

Thanks for reading.

Double-click on the city to open the full city screen. Single click will open the bottom menu-citybar only.
Not sure about the slow-movement animation.
Dialog boxes can be supressed with the option: Minimize Popups, if enabled would delay all buildQueue dialog boxes that usually appear at the beginning of yer turn - until the end of all your units movement.
And if you manually go in and select a build for cities with no queue, you wont see the popup at all.

Stuff acts all wacky for me at random like that too, I think it's a bad graphics/video card that causes lag with updating the display or showing movements. Lowering the graphics quality and turning on "freeze animations" seemed to work for me. Doesn't look much worse, but it makes the windmills stop spinning. :(
