[Bug] 1 Turn research

For some reason I have this bug occurring where I am getting a new research item every turn.

Anything I can send you to help diagnose this?

to be more precise, for about 20 turns everything was 1 turn to research

now, atomic theory is 997 turns....

I do have a bunch of other mods enabled, all from WHoward's website and none of them that I could see had anything to do with more then UI changes.

I just read through it, but I didnt see a way to "fix" this?

Is there an earlier build that didnt have this issue? My 3rd game with 3.5.3 had the same bug occur each time.

There is no fix, to my knowledge the cause hasn't been identified yet.
