[BUG] 3.17 - Barrage promotion for tanks doesn't work

I just wanted to post it but you were quicker. If it is a feature then why there is the promotion.

No, that's almost certainly a bug. I'll be looking into it shortly.

It is not a feature, just bad coding ( when they rewrote the barrage point, they forgot that units without native collateral could get barrage.... )

EDIT. Solver, in the thread I suggested a possible solution. I think it is the more streamlined path.....

None of my Knights did any flanking damage to catapults or trebuchets. Could this be linked in any way?

Shouldn't be. Flanking code is rather separate from collateral damage, and flanking seems to work fine for me so far in 3.17.

BTW Solver, any idea of how to solve this? The problem is clearly linked to that line of code that VoU posted in the another thread..... it would be easily solvable ( pun intended ) if we added a line with the old code if the unit had barrage and Col. strength of 0....

I haven't looked at the code yet, I just ran a test to confirm the bug... I'll go into the code now. I also have some other stuff to do today but a quick fix should come soon.
