I just installed BTS via steam on a new computer with Windows 8.1. I installed Bug, Bull, and Bluemarble according to the instructions, Bug/Bull in CA folder and replaced cvgamecoreDLL in the steam directory. When I'm in game, I get an XML error on the unit and terrain boxes, I've tried reinstalling the game and the mods:
